Leadership

Senior Pastor	Rich Grassel	The senior pastor provides the vision and leadership necessary for the church to become the church ekklesia. He does this through various educational venues such as the Sunday morning sermons, biblical studies, and book studies. He also supervises the church staff and committees and visits the sick and elderly.
Youth Director	Christian Rafetto	The youth director is responsible for the development of youth programs, which include weekly youth meetings, retreats, camps, mission trips, outreach/fun activities, small groups, visitation of youth who are sick and/or hospitalized, and sound counseling of the youth of the church.
Student Ministry Intern	Mark Lutz	As a student ministry intern from Geneva College, Mark assists the youth director by helping to organize youth events and working with the youth as a mentor and as a friend.
Office Staff	Phyllis Petrie (office administrator) Dawn Greene (communication specialist)	The office staff provides administrative and clerical support for the pastor and congregation in accomplishing the work that is necessary for the furtherance of ministry.
Christian Education Committee	Dave Giza (chair) Bev Thomas (adults) Steve Beck (youth) Amy Giza (children) Christian Rafetto (at large) Phyllis Petrie (at large)	The Christian Education Committee provides oversight, direction, facilitation, and accountability for all of the Sunday School activities related to teachers and teaching materials.
Evangelism Missions Committee	Jon Bacon Amy Giza Ruth Grassel (chair) Daniel Grubb Irene Knight Debbie Rounce	Committee members exude a passion, calling, and commitment for evangelism and missions to be served locally, regionally, and internationally—in essence, the Jerusalem, Judea, Samaria, and uttermost parts of the Earth paradigm.
Governing Board	Elders Head Deacon Judy Edder (treasurer) Christine Niehenke (secretary)	The Governing Board gives comprehensive oversight and approval for all church operations (e.g., physical plant, Christian Education, ministry programs, and employment decisions). It is normally composed of the elders, treasurer, and secretary.
Elders	Art Brutout Rich Edder Rocky Lacher Ed Naugle (head) Dave Richards	Elders provide leadership and governance of the church by giving spiritual oversight, direction, and leadership to every other office and position within the church.
Deacons	Jim Bordeaux Rocky Lacher Lee Miller Dave Richards (head) David Trostle	Deacons oversee the distribution of benevolence funds and supply critical support and facilitation of all ministry events within the church.
Deaconesses	Linda Bova Judy Franco Debbie Hathaway Lynda Keefer Bonnie Lacher Maggie Mason Louise Spear (head)	Deaconesses are a committee of women in the church who minister as leaders for service and benevolence for those in particular need within the church.
Trustees	Bob Greene Rod Hill Andy Martin Pete Popowich Libby Ramirez Jeff Shafer (head) Todd Vogel	Trustees are responsible for the regular care, maintenance, and development of the church grounds and buildings, as well as for partnering with the deacons for all large church ministry programs.
Hostess Coordinators	Tracy Bordeaux Linda Bova (head) Bonnie Lacher	The hostess coordinators display their gift of hospitality by welcoming people with light refreshments each Sunday morning before the worship service and for special events.
